Lusk, the founder of ELS, is an experienced and highly-regarded attorney with decades of experience.  Mr. Lusk responds to initial inquiries for free.  If you decide to become a client, Mr. Lusk will take your case himself or, if you agree, refer your case to a hand-picked subject matter expert.

Pricing.  ELS understands its clients’ concerns about the cost of legal services.  For that reason, the scope of services and professional fees are established in a written retainer agreement.  On a case-by-case basis, ELS provides projected or flat fees and accepts credit card payment.
